What is the course about?
  • Master the fundamentals of UX/UI design and learn how to create user-friendly digital products through research, testing, and prototyping.
 
  • This course covers the essential UX/UI design process, including user research, information architecture, heuristic evaluation, and usability testing. You will explore different frameworks such as human-centered design and design thinking while working with tools like Figma. Throughout the course, you’ll apply your knowledge in hands-on projects, refining your skills in ideation, prototyping, and iterative improvements based on user feedback.

What is included?

Week 1: Introduction & Design Thinking

  • Overview of UX design, tools, and career paths.
  • Human-centered design, UX process, and team challenge planning.
 

Week 2: Evaluation & Research

  • Heuristic evaluations and competitor analysis.
  • Stakeholder interviews, personas, and inclusive design.
 

Week 3: User Insights & Problem Definition

  • Conduct and analyze user interviews.
  • Create problem statements, hypotheses, and user stories.
 

Week 4: Ideation & Structure

  • Ideation techniques and solution prioritization.
  • Develop content hierarchy and low-fidelity designs.
 

Week 5: Prototyping & Testing

  • Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback.
 

Week 6: Measurement & Presentation

  • UX metrics, benchmarking, defining top tasks, and measuring experience.
  • Present projects and receive feedback.
